7.2 Although there are other provisions in this agreement, the ownership and intellectual property rights of the game data generated by you using the LEME GAMES service belong to LEME GAMES, and LEME GAMES has the right to save and dispose of the game data. Among them, the retention period of LEME GAMES's purchase records of users' purchase of game virtual currency will comply with the relevant provisions of the "Interim Measures for the Management of Online Games" of the Ministry of Culture. The retention period of other game data is determined by LEME GAMES itself, but the national laws and regulations shall comply with other provisions.

9. [Jurisdiction and Application of Law]

9.2 The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
9.3 If any dispute or controversy arises between you and LEME GAMES due to this agreement, it shall first be settled through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this agreement is signed.
9.4 The headings of all the terms of this agreement are for reading convenience only, they have no actual meaning and cannot be used as the basis for interpretation of the meaning of this agreement.
9.5 The terms of this agreement are partially invalid for any reason, and the remaining terms are still valid and binding on all parties.

10.1 LEME GAMES has the right to change the terms of this agreement when necessary. You can check the latest version of the terms of the agreement on the relevant page of LEME GAMES. After the terms of this agreement are changed, if you continue to use the LEME GAMES service, you are deemed to have accepted the changed agreement.
